Bio

I have always enjoyed art and started drawing as a way to mitigate boredom as an awkward teenager growing up in small town NZ.  I studied graphic art & design at AUT which opened the doors to self-employment as an illustrator, specialising in children's books and project work for Auckland City Council and retailers.  My art took a break to focus on an HR career but a recent planned change of circumstances has meant that art has happily found its way back.  Painting, people, colour and design are my preferred modus operandi.  Losing myself in making art is one of life's greatest pleasures.
